Twenty pieces of polished 304

Sorting the C-HR set
Make three groups first, upper, sill and pillar, then find each piece's door. Take one door's pieces to the crossover at a time and compare each with its window and the photos. Write the position on the liner once you're sure.
Preparing the crossover
Wash and dry the C-HR. Prep each bonding strip just before its piece goes on, using a wax-and-grease remover and then isopropyl alcohol. Working one door at a time keeps the cleaned surfaces fresh.
Fitting order
On each door, start with the upper trim, then the pillar pieces, then the sill. Every piece gets a dry fit with the liner on and painter's tape at each end, followed by a check that the door opens and shuts without rubbing. Bond by peeling a short section of liner, setting the end and pressing along.
Afterwards
Let the tape settle for a day before washing. After that, mild soap and a soft cloth are all the polish needs. If a piece won't follow the C-HR as the photos show, keep its liner on and call 877-752-3811.
