Product Description
Trim Illusion Gloss Black Door Handle Covers for 2024-2026 Chevrolet Trax & 1 more (DH6342BLK)
DH6342BLK is a gloss black door handle cover set built by Trim Illusion for the 2024-2026 Chevrolet Trax. The same part covers more than one vehicle. Trim Illusion packs seven pieces in this set. Trim Illusion describes it as a patented design.
What it changes
Worn handles make an otherwise clean vehicle look tired. Covering them keeps the look consistent from door to door. Gloss black gives a deeper, more uniform appearance. It looks sharp on light paint and blends on dark paint.

Other Trim Illusion parts for the Chevrolet Trax: WSK716-17BLK (wheel skin set, gloss black), MC6345BLK (mirror cover, gloss black), ABS6841BLK (grille overlay, gloss black), MC345 (mirror cover, chrome). Each has its own fit list.

Installation
DH6342BLK is snap-on with tape. It seats by snapping, then the tape holds it tight. Clean the surface first so the tape bonds. Construction is ABS plastic, so it will not rust.
The full list
Trim Illusion lists 2 applications: 2024-2026 Chevrolet Trax and 2024-2026 Buick Envista. Your exact year must be inside the range.
Not sure it fits? Call us at 877-752-3811. A cover avoids the expense of new OEM parts. Give yourself a clean, well-lit space.
The shipping box is about 12.5 x 6.0 x 2.5 inches. Quote DH6342BLK and we can look it up immediately. Look closely at the images, especially near sensors and emblems.
Use a microfiber towel to dry it.
Consistency is the goal with exterior trim. It is a quick win for the overall appearance.
Fleet and work-truck owners use trim like this to freshen older units. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. Passersby will notice the change, not the method.
Hydro-dipping requires removing the parts first. No masking or overspray to deal with.
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Ordering the right part the first time avoids returns.
Read any instructions in the package before beginning. Look at it from a few feet away before pressing it on. Take a photo; it is satisfying to compare before and after.
Treat it like the rest of the exterior. Avoid pressure-washing edges at close range.
Keep wax and polish off the edges where possible.
Spray coatings need masking; a molded part does not. This route keeps the factory parts intact.
It suits anyone tired of the stock appearance. You do not need special skills to get a clean result.
Trim is where many factory cost cuts show.
Unpack carefully and set the parts on a soft surface. Hold each part in place to confirm the shape lines up. Finish by checking every edge.

Installation tips: Door Handle Cover
- Unpack all 7 pieces and match each one to its position using the product photos.
- Clean the mounting area with soapy water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Wax or dirt will keep the tape from bonding.
- Dry-fit the part over the factory piece to confirm it seats, then remove it.
- Peel the tape liner, line the part up, and press until it snaps into place.
- Press firmly along the taped areas.
- Check the alignment against the photos when finished.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions included with the part if they differ.
