Spray coatings need masking; a molded part does not. No sanding or primer is involved.
After installation, there is nothing special to maintain. Dry it with a soft towel to avoid water spots.
Lease drivers often prefer add-on trim over permanent changes. You do not need special skills to get a clean result. The result reads as a deliberate design choice.
One mismatched part can stand out more than you expect. It brings this area in line with the rest.
Read any instructions in the package before beginning. Mark reference points with painter's tape if it helps. Finish by checking every edge.
Weekend DIYers will find it approachable. It does not require a lift or a garage full of equipment. It photographs well, which matters if you sell later.
It goes through regular washing with the rest of the vehicle. A gentle rinse after winter driving helps.
We cover shipping costs to the continental US.
Check that the finish is what you expected before you begin. Test the fit before anything is pressed home. A final walk-around confirms everything sits even.
