About the finish
The first thing anyone sees coming is the grille. Overlays skip the cost and labor of a full grille swap. Gloss black is the usual pick for blacked-out builds. It ties trim to dark wheels and glass.
Install notes
This one attaches with tape. There is no drilling. A clean, dry, wax-free surface is the key step. The part is molded ABS plastic.
Lay all pieces out before starting. A normal car wash is all it needs.
Order and support questions go fastest with ABS6503BLK. There is no body shop visit involved.
Package size: roughly 9.0 by 6.0 by 4.0 inches. Our team at 877-752-3811 can check fit before you order.
Look closely at the images, especially near sensors and emblems.
We cover shipping costs to the continental US. The Fitment tab is the final word on compatibility.
Body shops charge by the hour for finish changes. There is no curing time to wait out.
Start by matching each piece to its position on the vehicle. Look at it from a few feet away before pressing it on. Finish by checking every edge.
It suits anyone tired of the stock appearance. A second person helps with alignment on larger pieces. The finished look is clean and intentional.
One mismatched part can stand out more than you expect. It brings this area in line with the rest.
It does not ask for anything beyond normal care. Automatic brush washes are harder on trim than hand washing.
Fleet and work-truck owners use trim like this to freshen older units. It does not require a lift or a garage full of equipment.
Wrapping complex shapes takes practice. There is no paint booth involved.
Consistency is the goal with exterior trim. It makes the change visible from the street.
Before starting, confirm everything arrived undamaged. Mark reference points with painter's tape if it helps. Once it is in place, press evenly across the whole part.
Ownership is simple once it is on. Bird droppings and sap should come off promptly.
Orders to the lower 48 ship at no charge. When in doubt, ask before you buy.

Installation tips: Grille Overlay
- Unpack all 7 pieces and match each one to its position using the product photos.
- Clean the mounting area with soapy water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Wax or dirt will keep the tape from bonding.
- Dry-fit the part before removing any tape liner.
- Peel the liner, align carefully, and press firmly along the whole part.
- Avoid washing the vehicle for a day or so while the tape sets.
- Check the alignment against the photos when finished.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions included with the part if they differ.
