Nissan Rogue 2008-2013 and Rogue Select 2014-2015 Stainless Gas Door Trim (GC28535)
GC28535 is a polished stainless fuel door cover that fits two listed vehicles: the Nissan Rogue 4-door SUV from 2008 to 2013, and the Nissan Rogue Select 4-door SUV from 2014 to 2015. The Rogue's fuel door trim is a single US-made piece of 26-gauge 304 stainless steel. It's held with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.

On the Rogue, GC28535 goes over the fuel door as it is today with no drilling. QAA says the tape will hold for a lifetime and won't harm the vehicle's surface.
Preparation
Inspect the fuel door's paint and repair any chips or peeling first, since the tape bonds to it. Check that the door latches and sits flush. Wash, rinse, degrease, and dry the face.
Install
Liner on, door closed: position the trim and nudge it until the paint border is even. Mark the body with painter's tape. Peel, align, press firmly over the whole face, and repeat after a minute. Open the door slowly to confirm clearance. The Installation tab has full steps.
Getting the margin right
On a small, flat piece, an uneven border is what catches the eye. Ask someone to hold the trim while you step back and check from straight on and from an angle. Adjust in small moves before peeling.
Finish
Polished 304 stainless, mirror-bright. At 26 gauge, the sheet is thin and keeps the overlay low on the door.
Weather and care
Mild, dry day; dry overnight. Gentle soap and a soft cloth afterward; wipe off fuel drips.
