Installing
Remove the plate. Clean the area thoroughly with soap and water, rinse, and dry. Wipe it with rubbing alcohol, paying attention to the corners of the plate area. Check for chips or adhesive from an old frame or sticker and deal with it. Dry-fit the bezel with the liner on and look at it from behind the car: even margins all round. Use painter's tape to mark its position. Peel the liner, set the bezel against the marks, and press firmly around the entire frame. Press again after a minute.
