Wash, rinse, dry, then wipe each post with rubbing alcohol until a fresh fold stays clean, and feel for dents.
Fitting. Shade and a dry, calm day. Check the four against their photos and tell us about any damage; match each to its post and number the posts on painter's tape. With the liner on, set the first cover in place, adjust until the reveal is even and tape its outline. Peel, set it back in the outline and press firmly along its length and both edges. Check it before the next.
If one won't seat. With the MKT, as with any vehicle, a cover now and then refuses to lie flat along its whole length. If one tips when you press its end, or leaves a thin gap, stop, keep its liner on and set it on a clean towel. Then phone us on 877-752-3811 and we'll work through it with you. After the full cure, the four ask for nothing but a car-soap wash and a soft towel.
