Preparing the pillars
Wash with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Wipe with rubbing alcohol on a clean cloth and let it evaporate. Remove any wax, sealant or coating from where the tape will sit, and repair chipped or peeling finish first.
Installing four pieces
Using the photos, hold each piece against its pillar with the liner still on, check the outline against the pillar's edges, and label the liner. Mark the ends on the car with painter's tape. Then peel, set to the marks, and press firmly from one end to the other. Seat both edges with a fingertip. When all four are on, compare them from a few steps back. Work on a dry day inside the Installation tab's temperature range, out of harsh sun if possible, and allow the listed cure time before washing.
If a piece won't line up
Leave the liner on. Try it on another pillar, since similar pieces swap easily, and check the photos again. If it still doesn't fit, call us with a photo of it held in place.
Light and tools
Gather soapy water, microfiber towels, rubbing alcohol, painter's tape, a marker and the product photos. Work in open shade or a bright garage, because glare off the glass and the polished stainless hides small misalignments. Avoid cold, damp or very hot days for the tape.
Care
Mild soap and water and a soft cloth. No steel wool or abrasive pads, and wipe off glass cleaner overspray.
