Then soap, rinse and dry, and wipe each post with rubbing alcohol on a lint-free cloth, swapping cloths until one stays spotless.
Before the Infiniti's fitting day, put together a bucket with car soap, a bottle of rubbing alcohol, several lint-free cloths, painter's tape and a pencil. Having a friend stand off the sedan's flank helps when judging whether the covers match.
Choose a mild, dry, calm day in the shade. Count the four covers, compare them with the photos, and phone about anything bent or missing. Compare the G Sedan covers with the product images. Liner still on, rest each against its post, shift it until the reveal looks even, and fence it with painter's tape. Strip the liner, lower the cover into its fence, and press firmly from end to end and along both edges. Fit the next one straight away, then step back and compare.
