Product Description
Nissan Titan Crew Cab 2016-2024 Pillar Post Trim, Four Pieces (PP16523)
PP16523 is a four-piece stainless pillar post set for the Nissan Titan, listed for model years 2016 through 2024. Its fitment row is tagged 4-door, Pickup Truck and Crew Cab, and it's the only pillar set on this Titan's sheet, so there's no piece-count decision to make. The questions to settle are whether your truck matches the row and how to fit the covers well.
The cab tag
Crew Cab is named on the row. The listing doesn't mention any other cab, so if your Titan isn't a Crew Cab, this set isn't listed for it. Check your records or build paperwork if you're unsure, and call Quality Automotive Trims at 877-752-3811 with PP16523 for anything that doesn't line up. Nine model years are covered, from 2016 to 2024.
What you get
Four covers in 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, polished and made in the USA. The listing gives no width, no notes and no names for the pillars the four pieces dress, so the product photos are your reference for shape and placement. Compare them with your truck before ordering; if an outline doesn't obviously match a post on your Titan, ask.
Mounting
The covers bond with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, directly over the existing surface. No drilling, no trim removed. Tape bonds best on clean, dry surfaces within the temperature range shown on the Installation tab, along with the cure time.
The one related part
The sheet links a single other Titan part: MC17520, a two-piece mirror cover set noted "Top Half only." Its row is tagged 4-door and Pickup Truck without naming a cab, so check that listing's own fitment and photos before pairing the two. As the note says, it covers the top half of the mirrors only.
Polished stainless, briefly
Type 304 is a widely used stainless grade for bright trim. The shine is polished into the steel itself rather than plated on, so there's no surface coat to chip or flake. At 26 gauge, the Titan covers are thin and follow the surface beneath.
Prep
Wash the cab's pillar areas with a gentle soap, rinse and dry. Wipe each area with isopropyl alcohol on a clean cloth and let it flash off. Take off wax, sealant or ceramic coating wherever tape will sit, since those layers weaken the bond.
Fitting the four
Place the Titan covers by comparing them with the gallery. Hold each to its pillar with the liner on, check both edges, and mark the position with painter's tape. Then peel one liner at a time, set the cover against your marks and press firmly from end to end and along both edges. Fit the next cover, then compare the two. A step stool helps you reach the upper ends and see each cover square on, and a helper can check the line from a few steps back.
If a cover won't seat or seems not to belong, keep its liner on and phone 877-752-3811.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
