Choosing a set

Press on

Why polished 304
It's solid stainless with no chrome layer, so it won't flake, and the mirror finish can be revived with a mild polish.
Care
Let the Maxima trim sit a few days before washing, then use mild soap and a soft cloth.
Paint check on older cars
On the earlier cars in this range, look at the finish where the trim mounts. Peeling or chalky clearcoat should be repaired before installing, since the tape grips only the top layer of whatever surface it touches.
Decorative
It replaces nothing; the glass and trunk work as before.
