Kia Forte 2019-2024 Sedan Window Sill Face Trim WS19810, Four Polished Stainless Strips
WS19810 is a four-piece polished stainless steel Window Sill Accent for the Kia Forte 4-door sedan, 2019 to 2024. Its included-items line calls it Window Sill Face Trim, so it trims the face of the sills. The record doesn't give a width.

Material
QAA builds these four strips in the USA from polished high-quality 26 gauge 304 stainless steel. They go over the existing surface and are held by 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape gives a lifetime hold and won't damage the surface of the vehicle.
Forte window packages
The group spells out three window packages, and two of them already contain window sills:

With WP19812, WS19810 supplies the sills it leaves out. With WP19810 or WP19811 you already have sills; check with 877-752-3811 before buying both. The separate pillar sets are PP19810 (4), PP19811 (6, including the rear triangle piece) and PP19812 (8).

Getting the faces clean
Wind all four windows up. Clean the sill faces with shampoo solution on a microfibre, wipe away the soap with a damp cloth and dry them. Next, check every face closely in good light. Any wax, polish film or leftover tape needs removing, using a plastic scraper and wax-and-grease remover. Finally wipe each face with isopropyl alcohol immediately before fitting.
Fitting the strips
Pick a front door to start with. Use painter's tape to hold the strip on the face with its liner still attached and compare it with the photos. When it's right, peel back an inch or two of liner at the front end and press, then keep peeling toward the back while pressing behind your fingers. Go round the car door by door in order.
Wait a full day before washing the Forte, then use mild soap and a soft cloth.
When the box arrives
Count four strips and match them to the photos for the Forte sedan, front and rear. A strip that doesn't look right for its window should stay on its liner until 877-752-3811 has confirmed it. Store them flat, and choose a dry, shaded day for fitting. If you're fitting WP19812's upper trim at the same time, ask which to fit first.
Once all four are on, sight along the car from a few steps back and press down any end that sits proud of the face.
