Prep
Wash and dry the sedan. Clean the window tops and the pillars with a wax-and-grease remover, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol just before each piece goes on. Doing one door at a time keeps the cleaned surfaces from picking up dust.
Fitting sequence
On each door, place the upper trim first and then the pillar pieces from the separate kit, so the pillars can be lined up against the top line. Every piece gets a dry fit with its liner on and a strip of painter's tape at each end. Check the door clears, then peel and press a little at a time.
Once it's on
A day without washing lets the tape settle. Use mild soap and a soft cloth on the stainless. If the six upper pieces and the pillar kit don't meet the way the photos show, stop and call 877-752-3811 before going on.
