Product Description
WP19812 Kia Forte 2019-2024 Stainless Window Trim Package, Upper Trim Only, 6 Pieces
WP19812 is a six-piece polished stainless steel Window Trim Package made for the 2019-2024 Kia Forte 4-door sedan, and its record carries the note "Includes Upper Trim only, NO Pillar Posts, No Window Sills". The note lists upper trim only, without pillar posts or sills.
Six upper pieces
This is the window-top trim alone. There is no note requiring a pillar kit, so it can be ordered by itself.
Two bigger Forte packages
WP19811 includes the window sills, for ten pieces. WP19810 includes both sills and pillar posts, for eighteen. Pick by how much of the window surround you want polished.
Pieces sold separately
- PP19810, four-piece pillar post set
- PP19811, six pieces, "Includes Rear Triangle piece"
- PP19812, eight pieces
- WS19810, four-piece Window Sill Accent
The record doesn't say which of these pairs with this upper trim. Call 877-752-3811 with your model year before combining them.
Other Forte accents
The group also links a gas cap door trim, a license plate bezel, a rear deck accent and a four-piece rocker trim that installs on the bottom of the door, at 1.25".
Laying out six
The record gives no position for each piece. Set them out and compare each with the photos and with your windows.
Fitment
Forte sedan, 2019 to 2024.
Six pieces in polished 304
The six Forte upper pieces are USA-made from polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel, and each is set over the existing trim with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA says that tape will hold for a lifetime without harming the sedan.
Prep along the frame tops
Wash and dry the sedan. For each window, wipe the upper frame with a wax-and-grease remover, then isopropyl alcohol, just before its piece goes on. The pillars and sills don't need cleaning for this set.
Fitting the six
Start on whichever door is easiest to reach and work around the car. Dry fit each piece with its liner attached, tab the ends with painter's tape and open and close the door to make sure it clears. Then free an inch of liner, set that end and press along as you peel. Check the line from a few steps back after each door.
Care
Give the Forte a day before washing. Then mild soap and a soft cloth are enough; skip polishing compounds and abrasive pads. If a piece doesn't follow its frame as the photos show, call 877-752-3811 before bonding it.
Building on it later
If you order pillar trim or the sill face accent afterwards, the new pieces will need to line up with the six upper pieces already in place on the car.
Sorting the pieces
Before you clean anything, hold each of the six along a window top of the Forte next to the photos. Once its place is clear, pencil the door and side on the liner.

Installation tips: Window Trim Package
- Unpack all 6 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
