Wax has to go

Hold the piece in place with the liner on. A surround should leave an even reveal all the way around; check it at the top, bottom and both sides. Mark reference points with painter's tape.
Bonding
Peel the liner gradually, starting at one end, and press the surround into place as you go. Then go around it again with firm pressure, especially at curves and ends. A mild, dry day out of direct sun is ideal. The Installation tab has full steps.
Upkeep
No washing for a few days. After that, mild soap and a soft cloth. The polish is solid stainless, so a gentle metal polish restores it. The grille is unchanged.
