Product Description
PP24800 Pillar Post Trim, Four Stainless Covers for the 2004-2010 Kia Amanti Sedan
PP24800 is the four-piece pillar set for the Kia Amanti 4-door sedan, 2004-2010: four polished stainless covers at $56.99, made in the USA. Two other Amanti pillar sets are linked, PP24801 with six covers and PP24802 with eight, and a handful of other Amanti trim listings sit alongside them.
One note, on one set
Of the three pillar listings, only the eight-piece set carries a note: "Includes Rear Triangle piece." That note belongs to PP24802. This listing doesn't mention a triangle piece, so don't assume one is among these four. If that piece matters to you, look at PP24802's page or call Quality Automotive Trims on 877-752-3811 and quote PP24800.
Picking a count
Beyond that note, none of the three names its pillars or gives a width. Compare the galleries, decide which areas of your Amanti you'd like in polished steel, and choose the set whose photos match. Four covers is the quickest job. Three Amanti sets are listed; comparing their photos, or calling 877-752-3811, narrows it down.
The window packages
Two linked Window Trim Packages have notes of their own. WP24800 is described as upper trim and pillar posts, no window sills. WP24801 is described as upper trim with no pillar posts and no window sills. The listings don't say how either relates to this set. If you're thinking about WP24800, compare its photos with these before buying both; for WP24801, read its own page.
Other links
GC24800 (Gas Door Cover Trim, with a "KIA" cut out), LP24800 (License Plate Bezel) and TH24800 (Rocker Panel Trim, On the rocker) are separate products with their own pages.
Fitment
The row reads Kia Amanti, 4-door sedan, 2004-2010, which is seven model years; check yours falls inside it.
Steel and tape
The Amanti's four covers are 26 gauge 304 stainless, polished rather than plated. Each mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape over the existing pillar surface, with no drilling and no trim removed. Plan around the Installation tab's temperature range and cure time.
The tape bonds to the current finish. Look at each post for chalkiness, cracks, lifting or old wax, and deal with any of it first. Wipe with rubbing alcohol until a fresh lint-free cloth stays clean.
What pillar trim is
Cosmetic covers for the posts between the side windows. They give the Amanti's posts a polished face without changing anything structural.
Fitting
On a dry, still day in the shade, compare the four covers with the photos and call if one is bent or missing. Wash and dry the posts, then do the alcohol wipe. Sort the Amanti covers by the product photos. Offer each up with the backing on and trace around it with painter's tape. Peel, set into the outline and press hard along the length and both edges, then fit the next cover straight away.
An Amanti cover that won't lie flat keeps its backing while you call 877-752-3811. After curing, car soap and a soft towel are all it needs. Give the four covers an unhurried session.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
