Product Description
Jeep Commander 2006-2010 Pillar Post Trim, Four Covers (PP46095)
PP46095 is the four-cover pillar post set for the Jeep Commander of 2006-2010. Priced at $67.99, its covers are polished 26 gauge 304 stainless, made in the USA. One fitment row is listed: Jeep Commander 2006-2010, tagged 4-door, SUV.
Check that row against your Jeep's records before anything else, since it decides everything. The model year should fall between 2006 and 2010, and the body should be the four-door SUV. If both match, this listing applies; if not, or if you're unsure, give us a call before ordering.
The Commander has four pillar sets linked together, and this is the smallest. PP46096 has six covers, PP46097 eight and PP46098 ten. None carry notes, post names or widths, so the galleries are how to compare. Count the shapes in each gallery, match them to the posts on your Commander, and order the set that dresses the posts you have in mind.
Several other Commander trims are linked too, each sold separately: LP46095, MI46095, RD46095, RR46095, RR46096, TH46095, WQ46095 and WS46095.
Quality Automotive Trims is on 877-752-3811. With PP46095 and your year, we can go through all four pillar galleries with you and help you settle on four, six, eight or ten covers.
These four covers are cosmetic. Each lies over a post next to the side windows for looks alone, and the Jeep's doors, glass and seals work just as before. The 304 alloy itself provides the corrosion resistance, with no plating.
3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape bonds each cover straight onto the post's current paint or trim. You won't drill the Commander or remove any of its trim. Temperature range and cure time are on the Installation tab.
Give the tape a clean, sound surface to grip. Take off wax and polish, and repair any paint that's chalky, crazed or lifting. Wash with car soap, rinse, let the posts dry right through, then wipe each with rubbing alcohol on lint-free cloths until a clean section shows nothing. Look for dents or previous repairs at the same time, because a polished cover makes either one easier to see.
Before starting, put a bucket of car-soap water, rubbing alcohol, a few lint-free cloths, painter's tape and a pencil within reach. Ask a helper to stand back from the SUV and call out when each cover looks straight.
On a dry, still day in shade, lay the four out with the gallery and let us know if one is bent or missing. Liner on, place a cover on the post its photo shows, shift it until the border is even and outline it with painter's tape. Peel, seat it in the outline and press firmly along its length and both edges. Compare it with its photo before fitting the next.
If a Commander cover stands proud or rocks, stop pressing, leave the liner attached and ring 877-752-3811. After the cure, wash the four with car soap and water and dry them with a soft towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
