Mounting
The eight K5 covers fix to the sedan's existing pillar surface with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape; nothing is taken apart. Per QAA, that tape will hold for a lifetime without harming the finish.
Installing eight
Lay the eight K5 pieces on a soft towel, arranged by position. Clean, dry, and de-wax each pillar. Dry-fit every cover, then peel and press firmly along its length. The visual result
Pillars are the vertical posts around the side windows. With eight polished covers, the glass gains a bold stainless outline. The trim is cosmetic and leaves the original posts intact.
Care
Rinse away grit, wash with mild soap, and dry with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals on the mirror finish, and dry the covers after each wash.
Taking your time
With eight covers, the eye reads the pillars as one continuous frame, so a single piece set slightly off will stand out. Hold each cover in place first, compare it with the photos if anything looks wrong, and only peel the liner when the position is right. Stepping back after every couple of pieces makes it easy to keep the sedan's covers consistent.
Choosing once
Each K5 pillar kit is a complete set. If eight feels like too much, the six-piece kit is the step down; if you want the boldest look, this is the one.
