Dry fit
Tape each piece in place with painter's tape. Check that the top edge sits against the molding and the bottom edge meets the door bottom along the whole length. Open each door fully.
Bonding
Peel the liner back a section at a time and press as you go. A wide piece needs pressure across its full height, not just along the edges.
Matching the sides
Keep the Volvo 780 gaps even from piece to piece.
Conditions
Work on a mild, dry day out of direct sun, and wait a day before washing the car.
