For 2009-2014 Ford F-150 owners, a lot of stainless trim hinges on knowing your exact cab, bed length and whether the truck has flares. This part doesn't. GC49308 has one fitment row that covers 2-door and 4-door pickup trucks across all six model years, so any F-150 in that range with its gas door intact is a match.
The F-150 trim is a single polished overlay of 304 stainless steel, 26 gauge, made in the USA. For mounting, the F-150 trim carries 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape.

No holes are needed: the trim installs directly over the existing surface. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without causing any damage to the surface of the vehicle. A strong bond starts with healthy paint. Run your eye over the gas door for clear coat that's lifting, dull or blistered and for chips at its edges, and repair those before you begin.
On the truck
Scrub the door with soap and water and rinse. Once it's dry, degrease it. Close the door and hold the trim against it, backing still attached, until the paint border looks even on every side; tape a couple of guide marks onto the body. Peel the backing, set the trim to the guides, and bear down on it firmly from the middle out to the edges, then again a minute later. Open the door with care to confirm it clears. Finish
Polished 304 stainless reflects brightly, and at 26 gauge it's thin on the door. Fit it on a dry, mild day and leave it overnight before it gets wet; after that, mild soap, a soft cloth and a wipe after fueling are all it needs.
