The install, in order
- Clean the fuel door face, then rinse.
- Wipe with degreaser and let it dry fully.
- Close the door and dry-fit the trim with the liner on.
- Center it so the border looks equal on every side, and mark the body with painter's tape.
- Peel the liner, align with the mark, and press firmly across the whole face.
- Press again after a minute, then open and close the door slowly to check clearance.
