Measure before you buy

Putting it on
Clean each molding with soap and water, let it dry, then wipe it with rubbing alcohol and let that evaporate. Dry-fit a strip with the liner on, center it on the molding, and mark both ends with painter's tape. Peel, place, and press firmly from one end to the other. Work around the SUV one door at a time and check from a distance that the four strips line up. The Installation tab has the full steps and the tape's temperature range; a dry, mild day is ideal.
