Getting the rocker clean
Wash the rocker, then run a clay bar over it to lift bonded grit. Touch up chips and let them cure. Finish with two or three isopropyl alcohol wipes.
Orientation
Because of the crease, each piece has a correct way up. Hold it in place with the liner on and press lightly; it should sit flat along the rocker as in the photos.
Straight line
Set a painter's tape guide along the rocker, measured from its lower edge at several points. Align each piece, peel a short length of liner, press, and continue.
Matching
Use the wheel openings to place the second piece like the first.
Supplies
For the Accent you'll use soap, a clay bar, touch-up paint, isopropyl alcohol, lint-free cloths, painter's tape and a tape measure, and a second person helps.
