The thinnest XTS option
Among the sedan side kits, this is the narrow line. TH53246 is the four-piece below-the-door kit at 3.375", TH53245 is the eight-piece door kit, and TH53247 is the ten-piece kit that covers both areas. If you want just a slim polished accent under the doors, this pair is it.
Not for stretched bodies
The fitment is the 4-door sedan. The XTS limousine and hearse listings are separate. If your car has been converted, look at those listings or call 877-752-3811.

Material
The two XTS strips are polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel made in the USA, bonded below the doors over the existing surface with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. QAA states the tape will hold for a lifetime without harming the Cadillac.
A taped reference
An inch-and-a-quarter strip makes every kink visible. Lay a run of painter's tape where its upper edge belongs, crouch at the nose and the tail of the XTS, and nudge the tape until it reads level.
Clean
Scrub the rocker with soapy water and a soft brush, rinse, dry, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol.
Putting the strips down
Get a second person to pin the rear end against the tape reference. Draw the liner out from the front end, pressing behind it. Swing each door open before the last firm pass so you know nothing rubs.
Placing the two strips
Measure from the front wheel opening to the first strip's end and use that figure for the second.
