Arch preparation
Do this out of the sun. For each opening, rinse grit out of the lip, shampoo with a soft mitt, rinse and dry with a clean towel, and let it drain. Under a lamp, follow the 1.25" band and feel for leftover adhesive, wax and chips. Clear each, wipe on wax-and-grease remover, and finish with isopropyl alcohol just before the piece.
Fitting the four
- Label each Blazer liner with its corner using the photos.
- Begin at a front arch. Tape the piece in place with its liner on.
- Check the gasket follows the opening evenly from end to end.
- Peel a short length at the lower rear end and press; continue forward over the arch.
- Press it all again and fit the other front, then the rears.
Arrival and care
Check that four Blazer pieces arrived. Give the tape a day after fitting before washing; mild soap and a soft cloth after that, with no pressure-washer spray on the gasket.
Choosing a window package with the arches
If you're fitting window trim to the Blazer at the same time, decide first between WP59140 (with pillar posts), WP59141 (without them) and the sills-only WS59140, since the packages overlap with the pillar sets. Ask 877-752-3811 if the overlap isn't clear. On the day for the arches, gather painter's tape, a plastic scraper, a lamp, both cleaners and clean microfibres, and lay the four pieces by corner against the photos while liners are still on. If any piece won't follow its opening, call with SKU WQ59140 and UPC 691821426799 before exposing tape.
