Product Description
WP54251 Cadillac CTS 2014-2019 Sedan Stainless Window Trim Package, Upper Trim Only, 4 Pieces
For the 2014-2019 Cadillac CTS 4-door sedan, WP54251 is a four-piece polished stainless steel Window Trim Package. The note reads "Includes Upper Trim only, NO Pillar Posts, NO window sills".
Four window tops
One piece per door window top, with nothing for the pillars or the sills. The listing doesn't say a pillar kit is required, so it can be fitted alone.
Pairing with pillar trim
If you want the pillars covered as well, four separate pillar sets are linked. PP54250 (4 pieces) and PP54251 (6) are standard. PP54444 (4) and PP54445 (6) are marked "LONG VERSION - please refer to the accompanying image". This listing doesn't say which style its upper pieces are cut to meet, and nothing in its note mentions a gap for extended pillars. Call 877-752-3811 before ordering a pillar set to go with it, and have a photo of your pillars ready.
How it's made
Upper window trim for the 2014-2019 CTS comes as four pieces of polished 26 gauge 304 stainless formed in the USA, mounted over the existing trim using 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. That tape, QAA says, will hold for a lifetime without harming the Cadillac.
Placing the four
Sort them front and rear using the photos. Hold each piece along its window top on the CTS next to the photos and pencil its position on the liner. Watch where each piece ends near the centre pillar; that's the spot to compare most carefully with the photos.
Preparing the frame tops
Look along every window top for old adhesive, wax or chipped paint and remove it. Wash the Cadillac and let it dry. Just before each piece goes on, clean its frame top with a wax-and-grease remover followed by isopropyl alcohol.
Fitting
Rest each piece on its frame with the liner still on, tab the ends with painter's tape, and close the door slowly to make sure it clears. Peel back the first inch of liner, press that end onto its mark, and work along the frame. Fit the other three the same way, comparing each with the photos.
More for this CTS
Also linked: a body side molding accent, a gas door cover, a license bar extension, a license plate bezel, a rear bumper accent, a spoiler accent and four rocker kits in different widths.
Counting and care
Count the four pieces and compare them with the photos when the box arrives. After fitting, wait a day before washing; then mild soap and a soft cloth. If a piece doesn't follow its frame as the photos show, call 877-752-3811.
A second four-piece CTS listing
The record also has another upper-trim listing for this sedan with a gap for extended pillars, but it isn't linked to this one. This listing's note has no gap or extended-pillar wording. If your CTS has long centre pillars, call 877-752-3811 before ordering, so you get the upper trim that matches them.

Installation tips: Window Trim Package
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
