Product Description
WP54445 Cadillac CTS 2014-2019 Sedan Stainless Window Trim Package, Upper Trim with Gap for Extended Pillars, 4 Pieces
WP54445 is a four-piece polished stainless steel Window Trim Package for the 2014-2019 Cadillac CTS 4-door sedan. Its note reads "Includes Upper Trim only, NO Pillar Posts, NO window sills, with gap for extended style center Pillars - not included".
A gap for extended pillars
These four upper pieces are shaped to leave a gap for extended-style centre pillars, and those pillars aren't in the box. Fitted alone, that gap stays open where the pillar trim would go. So plan to pair this set with extended pillar trim. The group lists two long pillar sets, PP54444 (4 pieces) and PP54445 (6), both marked "LONG VERSION - please refer to the accompanying image". The record doesn't say which of the two this package is meant to pair with, so call 877-752-3811 before ordering, and order both parts together.
Not for standard pillars
The standard pillar sets, PP54250 (4) and PP54251 (6), carry no long-version note. Because this upper trim is cut for extended pillars, check with 877-752-3811 before pairing it with either of them.
Material
These four CTS upper pieces leave a gap for the extended center pillars, which are not included in the kit. They are cut in the USA from polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel and go over the existing surface with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. Per QAA, that tape will hold for a lifetime on the Cadillac.
Planning the job
Wait until the pillar set has arrived. Lay out the four upper pieces and the pillar pieces together and check against the CTS and the photos how each upper piece's gap meets its pillar. Pencil positions on the liners.
Prep and fitting
Clean old adhesive, wax and loose paint from the frame tops and pillars, wash and dry the sedan, and wipe each strip with a wax-and-grease remover and isopropyl alcohol just before its piece. On each door, fit the upper piece first, then set the pillar piece into the gap. Dry-fit both with the liners on before peeling either. Close the door gently to check clearance, then peel and press a short section at a time.
Other parts
If you are dressing up more of the Cadillac, QAA's CTS lineup also has four rocker kits, a spoiler accent, a rear bumper accent, a license plate bezel, a license bar extension, a gas door cover and a body side molding accent.
Care
Wait a day before washing, then use mild soap and a soft cloth. If the upper trim and pillars don't meet as the photos show, stop and call 877-752-3811.
Before ordering
Check that your sedan has extended-style centre pillars, the ones this upper trim leaves a gap for. Compare your pillars with the photos of the long pillar sets. If yours look standard, this isn't the right upper trim; call 877-752-3811 for the right set.
Counting
Count the four pieces against the photos when the box arrives, and find each piece's gap end before cleaning.

Installation tips: Window Trim Package
- Unpack all 4 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
