Product Description
Ten-Cover Pillar Post Trim for the Saturn Vue 2003-2007 (PP43442)
PP43442 is a ten-cover pillar set: polished stainless covers for the 2003-2007 Saturn Vue, at $150.49. They're made in the USA from 26 gauge 304 stainless. The fitment row reads Saturn Vue 2003-2007, tagged 4-door, SUV.
Fit rests on two details from your paperwork: a Vue model year between 2003 and 2007, and the four-door SUV body. If both match, the listing applies. If not, or if you're unsure, phone us before ordering.
Three other pillar listings are linked to it: PP43440 with four covers, PP43441 with six, and PP43443. None of them give notes, post names or widths, so the only way to see what the ten cover is to study the gallery. Number the shapes one to ten and match each to a post on your Saturn. If you'd rather dress fewer posts, the smaller sets are the alternative.
Also linked to the Vue, each as a separate purchase: GC43440, LP43440, RD43440, SGR43440, ST43440, TH43441, TH43442 and WQ43440.
For help with the photos or fit, ring Quality Automotive Trims on 877-752-3811 and quote PP43442 with your year. With ten shapes to sort, a call can save a lot of guesswork.
The ten covers are styling trim. They lie on posts around the side windows while the doors, glass and seals go on working normally. Grade 304 stainless gets its corrosion resistance from its composition rather than plating.
Every cover mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape onto the posts' existing finish. Nothing gets drilled and no trim comes off. The temperature range and cure time are on the Installation tab.
Ten posts mean ten surfaces to get right. Remove all wax and polish, and repair chalky, crazed or lifting paint. Wash with car soap, rinse, dry completely, then wipe every post with rubbing alcohol on lint-free cloths, changing cloth until a fresh one stays clean. Look for dents as you go and sort any out before the covers go on.
You'll want car soap, a bucket, rubbing alcohol, a large supply of lint-free cloths, a full roll of painter's tape and a pencil. A helper is close to essential for judging ten alignments.
Work in shade on a dry, still day. Lay all ten beside the gallery and call us about anything bent or missing. Number each on a strip of painter's tape for the post its photo shows. With the liner on, hold a cover in place, adjust until the margin is even and tape its outline. Peel, seat it in the outline and press firmly along its length and both edges. Compare it with its photo before the next.
Ten covers give ten chances for one to sit a little high. If any rocks on its post or won't close up at an edge, stop there with its liner still on and call us on 877-752-3811. Once the tape has cured, all ten are kept bright with a wash in car soap and water and a gentle dry with a soft towel.

Installation tips: Pillar Post Trim
- Unpack all 10 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
