Upper or sill?
With no pillar trim in the box, every piece is either an upper or a sill. Separate those two groups first, then match each piece to its window. Hold each piece against the minivan's windows next to the photos to confirm its spot, and pencil that spot onto the liner so nothing is swapped later.
Prep on the minivan
A thorough wash and complete dry come first. Then, area by area, use a wax-and-grease remover and an isopropyl alcohol wipe on the frame tops and the sill ledges. The pillars stay untouched by this package, so there's no need to prep them.
Putting it on
For each window, fit the top piece first and then the sill beneath it, so you can judge both lines together. Every piece gets a dry fit with its liner on and a pair of painter's tape marks at the ends. Open and close the doors to check clearance. To bond, release a little liner at one end, set it on the mark, then keep peeling and pressing along the length.
