Clean thoroughly
The rocker is in the line of fire from the front tires. Brush it with soapy water, rinse and dry. Tar spots need a tar remover and a second wash. Wipe the strip path with isopropyl alcohol last.
Lining up
Measure up from the bottom of the rocker at the front and rear of the run and lay painter's tape between your marks. Hold the strip against it, liner on, and sight along it from the front of the car.
Sticking it
Peel a little liner at the front, anchor the end, and press toward the rear in short lengths. Press the whole strip again. The listing doesn't say where each of the two Elantra pieces goes; once the first is set, use the same measurements for the second.
