Product Description
Hyundai Elantra 2017-2020 Sedan Stainless Wheel Well Accent Trim WQ17340, 8 Pieces, 0.875" Wide
WQ17340 is an eight-piece polished stainless steel Wheel Well Accent Trim for the 2017-2020 Hyundai Elantra 4-door sedan. Each piece is 0.875" wide, and the listing describes the set as "With 3M adhesive installation and black rubber gasket edging".
Fitment
Elantra sedan, 2017-2020. No other body is listed. Check that your year is within the span, and call 877-752-3811 if your arches differ from the photos.
Eight pieces
The record doesn't list how the eight pieces are arranged around the car's four openings, so treat the photos as the plan. Before cleaning anything, sort the pieces into groups by opening, check each group's joins against the pictures, and write the position on every liner. A piece you can't place is a reason to call 877-752-3811.
Material
The eight 0.875" Elantra arch pieces are polished 26 gauge 304 stainless steel produced in the USA, edged with black rubber gasket and applied with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape. According to QAA, the tape will hold for a lifetime without damaging the sedan.
Clean surface
Where pieces meet, the paint around each opening must be fully clean along its whole length. Wash and dry each arch, then check under raking light for residue, wax or chipped edges and deal with each. Wax-and-grease remover across the band, then isopropyl alcohol immediately before each piece.
Section by section
Fit one opening completely before starting the next. Hold all of the pieces the photos place there up together with liners on and tape their outer ends, so you can see each join. Bond the first from its outer end toward the join. Bring the next up to meet it, check the gap against the photos, and only then start its backing, again working from the join outward. Press every length firmly as the backing comes away. Repeat on the next opening and compare.
Elantra group

Care
Leave it a day before washing. Then mild soap, a soft cloth and no pressure washer on the gasket. Questions go to 877-752-3811.
On arrival
Count eight pieces in the WQ17340 box, check every gasket edge for kinks, and lay them out by opening using the photos before any prep work starts on the Elantra. If you also plan the window package, decide between WP17340 (no sills) and WP17341 (with sills) first, since WP17341 already includes window sills and WS17340 is listed separately as a 0.375" sill set, face of sills only. A short call to 877-752-3811 will settle any doubt about which combination suits your sedan.

Installation tips: Wheel Well Accent Trim
- Unpack all 8 pieces and match each one to its position on the vehicle, using the product photos, before fitting any of them.
- Each piece mounts with 3M automotive-grade acrylic foam tape, so clean and dry the mounting surface first; the tape needs paint or trim free of dirt and wax.
- Align the piece and press it firmly into place directly over the existing surface, working along its full length so the tape bonds evenly.
- Seat the black rubber gasket edging evenly along the wheel opening as you press the trim on.
- Fit one piece at a time and compare each with the product photos and the pieces already in place.
These are general tips. Follow any instructions packed with your kit if they differ.
