Nissan Versa 2012-2019 Upper Door Kit, 1" Down From the Molding, Four Pieces (TH12532)
The Versa's lower door kit works up from the bottom of the door. TH12532 works the other way. It's an Upper Kit for the 2012-2019 Nissan Versa sedan, and the note says it goes "On the doors only, spans from the bottom of the molding DOWN to the specified width." The width is 1", so each of the four pieces runs along the underside of the door molding and covers the inch below it.

Prepping under the molding
Wax and polish residue tends to pack in along the lower edge of a molding. Wash and dry the doors, then use isopropyl alcohol on a cloth folded to a sharp edge to clean right up into that corner and across the inch below it.
Placing the first piece
Hold a piece with its liner on and slide its top edge up against the bottom of the molding. Check that the lower edge looks parallel to the door bottom from a few feet away. Open and close the door to confirm clearance at the ends.
Matching across the gap
Each front piece and the rear piece behind it should look like one continuous line across the door gap. Dry-fit both before peeling either.
Pressing
Peel a short length of liner, anchor at one end against the molding, and press along the piece. Finish with firm pressure across the full width.
What to have ready
Isopropyl alcohol, lint-free cloths, painter's tape and a small ruler. A second person to look along the car while you hold each piece is helpful.
After installing
Wait about a day before washing; warm, dry weather helps the tape.
